5. Telemedicine and Electronic Communication

Lodo Pain offers telemedicine services via doxy.me, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. We take appropriate steps to protect your privacy during virtual visits. Please note that no electronic system is completely risk-free, and while we use secure technology, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality during electronic transmission.

We may update this Notice at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website at lodopain.com
 and available in our office. Changes apply to all protected health information we maintain.

You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR). You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
