While we may also assist with acute pain from injuries, surgery, or sudden conditions, our primary focus is on chronic pain such as arthritis, nerve pain, migraines, or back pain. No. While medication can be part of the plan, we take a comprehensive approach that may include lifestyle guidance, therapy referrals, non-opioid options, or collaboration with other specialists. Our goal is to find what works best for you.

Absolutely not. Many of our patients come to us after being dismissed or shamed elsewhere. Lodo Pain is a judgment-free zone—we treat every patient with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Depending on your insurance plan, coverage may apply to prescriptions, lab work, or diagnostic orders. However, Lodo Pain is an out-of-network provider and does not participate with any insurance carriers. All services provided by Lodo Pain are considered non-covered and are self-pay.

Each case is evaluated independently. Your provider will review your medications, medical records, and history to ensure continuity of care while aligning with our low-dose, safe-prescribing philosophy.

To join our practice, follow these steps:

1. Pay the one-time setup fee. A $200 setup fee covers your initial consultation and onboarding.

2. Complete the intake process. Fill out our new-patient intake forms to share basic information and prepare for your evaluation.

3. Provide your medical history. Submit any prior records, including prescription history, so our team can better understand your treatment background.

4. Attend your evaluation. You’ll meet with a provider to review your goals and determine an appropriate care plan.

5. Activate autopay. To receive our best pricing and ensure uninterrupted care, patients must have autopay enabled.

During your first office visit, you’ll meet with a LoDo Pain provider for a comprehensive evaluation. We’ll review your medical history, prior prescription records, and current symptoms to understand your needs. Your provider will discuss treatment goals, outline next steps, and determine the most appropriate ongoing care plan based on your clinical assessment.

Appointments are typically scheduled every 4 weeks in-office to ensure your treatment plan remains effective, safe, and compliant with current guidelines.
