Care designed for the long term
LoDo Pain is a specialty chronic pain clinic focused on responsible medication management and measurable functional improvement.
Every patient is evaluated individually. Treatment decisions are based on clinical findings, available records, safety considerations, and the patient’s goals—not an automatic continuation of a prior regimen.
Who may benefit from an evaluation
For patients with chronic pain who need a careful review of their current treatment and medication history.
For patients whose primary care clinician or specialist needs a coordinated chronic-pain management partner.
For patients who may need regular follow-up focused on function, benefit, risk, and safety.
We do not guarantee that any particular medication, dose, or continuation of an existing regimen will be prescribed.
Insurance information
Coverage and network participation depend on the patient’s specific plan. Our team will help identify referral, authorization, and eligibility requirements before scheduling.
Participating
LoDo Pain participates in Original Medicare for covered services, subject to eligibility, medical necessity, and Medicare requirements.
Enrolled
LoDo Pain is enrolled with AHCCCS. Managed-care plan participation, referrals, and authorization requirements vary by plan.
Plan verification
Medicare Advantage and other insurance plans have separate networks and requirements. Call us to verify current participation.
Original Medicare participation does not automatically make LoDo Pain in-network with every Medicare Advantage plan. AHCCCS enrollment does not mean the clinic is contracted with every AHCCCS managed-care plan.
