Care designed for the long term

Start with a thoughtful evaluation.

LoDo Pain is a specialty chronic pain clinic focused on responsible medication management and measurable functional improvement.

Every patient is evaluated individually. Treatment decisions are based on clinical findings, available records, safety considerations, and the patient’s goals—not an automatic continuation of a prior regimen.

Who may benefit from an evaluation

A structured approach to chronic pain care.

Medication review

For patients with chronic pain who need a careful review of their current treatment and medication history.

Care coordination

For patients whose primary care clinician or specialist needs a coordinated chronic-pain management partner.

Ongoing reassessment

For patients who may need regular follow-up focused on function, benefit, risk, and safety.

We do not guarantee that any particular medication, dose, or continuation of an existing regimen will be prescribed.

Insurance information

Clear coverage information before care begins.

Coverage and network participation depend on the patient’s specific plan. Our team will help identify referral, authorization, and eligibility requirements before scheduling.

Participating

Original Medicare

LoDo Pain participates in Original Medicare for covered services, subject to eligibility, medical necessity, and Medicare requirements.

Enrolled

AHCCCS

LoDo Pain is enrolled with AHCCCS. Managed-care plan participation, referrals, and authorization requirements vary by plan.

Plan verification

Other coverage

Medicare Advantage and other insurance plans have separate networks and requirements. Call us to verify current participation.

Original Medicare participation does not automatically make LoDo Pain in-network with every Medicare Advantage plan. AHCCCS enrollment does not mean the clinic is contracted with every AHCCCS managed-care plan.

What to expect

A clear process from request to care planning.

Submission of an evaluation request does not guarantee acceptance, an appointment, insurance coverage, or a particular treatment.

Questions patients often ask

Clear answers before the first visit.

Do you prescribe opioid medications?

Medication decisions are made only after an individualized clinical evaluation. No particular medication, dose, or continuation of an existing regimen is guaranteed.

Will I receive a prescription at my first visit?

Not necessarily. The first visit is an evaluation. Recommendations depend on clinical findings, available records, safety considerations, and applicable requirements.

Do you accept Medicare?

LoDo Pain participates in Original Medicare for covered services. Medicare Advantage plans have separate networks, so please call to verify your specific plan.

Is telemedicine available?

Care is primarily provided in person. Telemedicine may supplement in-person care when clinically appropriate and permitted by law.
